No I haven’t. Unfortunately there are not really any civil engineering celebrities out there. Chris Wise, who was the civil engineering designer for the Millennium Bridge in London, was my professor at university. But I don’t think that’s what you mean 🙂
I worked on the London Cable Car project which was Boris Johnson’s favourite project for a while, but I didn’t meet him..
Thank for your question – I haven’t worked with any celebrities (although someone i worked with was a close friend of James Blunt) but we have had them as passengers in our planes.
In the last few years we have had Prince William, Prince Harry, David Beckham, Gordon Ramsey, James May, Jeremy Clarkson & Richard Hammond (From Top Gear), David Cameron and Katherine Jenkins to name a few. We have a big white-board in our office and we ask every celebrity to sign it when they come through…..maybe one day we’ll auction it offf for charity??
Apart from Prince William, all of the other celebs were going to Afghanistan to see the troops, Prince William spent a few days with us learning how to fly the aircraft and I can tell you he’s a really nice chap!!
I haven’t personally, but the PR (Public Relations) side of the business deals with celebrities such as Victoria Beckham who endorsed the new Range Rover Evoque.
