• Question: how do you make the torpedos and stuff

      Well firstly I don’t make torpedos, my job is to keep them safe when we have them onboard the ship.

      I’m not exactly sure how they are made, but I do know there are lots of different parts to them, so there will be a big team of engineers and scientists responsible for designing each part and then testing them at a range somewhere safe.

      Hello Nafisa,

      As im an aircraft engineer, i dont really have any contact with the torpedo makers – I think i’ll leave this one with Emma as she’s more likely to help you with the best answer!!
