      Great question Branflakes123!!

The most unusual thing???…..let me think…….ok, Many years ago we found a Praying Mantis inside one of the aircraft – The plane had been in Kuwait when the mantis got aboard – We found him after the aircraft landed in the UK so we nicknamed him ‘Pete’!! We took him to the Cotswold Wildlife Park in a shoebox – Maybe he’s still there?

As you may have seen from my profile, a few weeks ago we transported 150 Meerkats from Dubai to their new home in Morroco – They are so cute although i couldn’t take one home with me!!

Along similar lines to Al – We have found Crabs, Eels and Clams in the salt water strainers…. that’s usually pretty hilarious as its transported through the ship (usually in a bucket!)

Keeping with the animals theme, I once had a tour of an aerospace engineering company and they showed us how they throw dummy pigeons into the jet engine to test what happens in case an actual bird flies into one!
