Question: Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

I am currently an assistant engineer, so then next level up is chartered engineer, then senior engineer. As a senior engineer I would have a team working for me who I would advise on financial and technical advancement of larger projects.
So I see myself advising on large or complex projects. I will be shaping the careers of less experienced engineers and directing the projects to a sustainable, safe and sexy solution.
