• Question: do you enjoy saving lives

      Yes, even when I can’t see whose life it is that my work has benefitted. I think it’s rather better than joining the military whose sole aim appears to be to take lives, don’t you ?

      Only during a big flood do I think my work has ever helped save lives… generally I work to improve rivers for people and wildlife to live and enjoy them.
