• Question: do you know any of the other engineers?

      Other engineers from this project or generally?
      Don’t know people on the project. But generally I know lots. For starters I work with engineers all the time. Meet them at training course, conferences and lectures. A few of my friends from uni are engineers (the ones from my course and ones that I know from other walks of life). In the underwater hockey club there are 4 other engineers that play with us.

      I assume you mean the other engineers in the Water Zone ? If so, no, I haven’t met any of them but I’d like to meet Harriet as she has an excellent sense of humour. And, come to think of it, Jed’s job sounds great – do you think he could point me to a good houseboat on the Thames ? And then there’s Alex who seems to have answered all his questions long before me. I’d love to debate the relative merits of Russian and English literature with him. And that just leaves Chris. He’s cool, man, cool !

      @Ken – I could certainly ask around for a good houseboat… are you looking for one?

      I’ve not met any of them either – although there is a meet up after the event for the engineers.
