  Actually I have once! I was working on a project at Sandford lock (google it to see some pics) and we drained the river down. I went down into the river to inspect the lock gates – but it was actually the middle of the night and I didn’t see a large hole which I then stepped in! The water went up to my chest… pretty bad, especially as I was wearing my best suit at the time!!
