• Question: If the world was to end right now would you be happy about what you have done in your life?

      Hm. No, I’m too young to die 🙂 However I think I am on the right track.

      Hi Zoe: I would be massively put out as there are so many things I’d still like to do but, on balance, I think I’ve put more into life than I have taken out. Anyone who has had the opportunity to follow the sort of career I have been fortunate to have had, would say the same, I’m absolutely sure.

      And while I’m over 70, I’m also too young to die !

      I’ve not got too many regrets, so probably I would be feeling OK about it… I try and make the most of life as it comes, I mean what more can you do?

      But maybe you mean, would I be happy that I’ve been an engineer? Well I really enjoy my job and I think it is one of the best I could be doing right now. Obviously I would have been happier if I’d make it as a lead guitarist in a rock band, but that never quite happened!
