      The only thing I would change is the age limit when you are forced to retire.

      I wish we did more concept design and less detailed design. As I like the first bit more.

      At the moment I would change the funding situation – we have our funding cut and so some of my colleagues will lose their jobs (hopefully I won’t!) and there is also less money to do projects that I would have been able to otherwise.
