About Me:
I am an artist and researcher. My work deals with the intersection of art, ecology and techno-civic issues with urban contexts. In partnership with Toxics Link, India and Gambiologia, Brazil I am the project lead for TALES OF CARE AND REPAIR – a British Council, COP26 Creative Commission which aims to collect 1,000 stories of everyday repaired objects.
In 2018 I co-founded Repair Acts – a practice-based research programme that explores repair cultures and practices in a pluralistic and collective manner.
Since 2013 I have also directed Urban Hosts – a programme the explores alternative urban futures and am a member of the spatial collective Soft Agency.
My work has been published in various contexts and I have participated in numerous exhibitions, art residencies, conferences and seminar programmes.
