• Question: how fa do you think the advancement of computing will go?

      It seems impossible to say. I remember the first PCs being launched in the early ’80s, when we only had 2 in the entire company of over 2000 people. I now have 3 in my office, all of which are thousands of times more powerful than those first PCs. My main concern is that as computing power becomes more readily available and cheaper, we get much less efficient at programming and developing software, so even though the computers get more powerful, we don’t make the most of them.

      who knows in a few centuries we may invent something more advanced than we could ever have dreamt of at this time. Computers will get more and more advanced but currently they are reaching a limit on how small things can get. There is research into quantum computing which could end up making even the most powerful of computers today seem obsolete
