      About 17-18s. I can run a mile in under six minutes and I run 5Km in about 18 minutes.

      When Mo Farrah runs a half marathon which is 13 miles he runs every 100m in about 16 seconds. If you think about it that way Ussain Bolt isn’t that fast!
