      Dear Daniel,

I’ve always worked very hard, even at school, but I think that’s because I love learning! Finding out new things is amazing and everyone is doing it, all the time, even if they don’t realise. Your brain takes in a lot of information.

One time, at university, I was coding and had to stay in the computer laboratory overnight because my code wasn’t working and I had to work out why. Ends up, it was all due to a full stop in the wrong place!

At work, I start at 8.30 am and finish at 5.30 pm. Where I work is really good, though, because we do long days, we get Fridays off! 3 day weekends are the best. Sometimes, I work later than that and sometimes I have to work weekends too, it depends how much work needs doing.

I don’t always work solid, though! It’s important to have breaks and get up and walk around. Also, I take breaks at work and look at Twitter or BBC news. If you spend too long looking at one thing, I think you’d go mad. It’s important to get your work done (especially when other people are relying you at work) but it’s also good to have a balance so you don’t exhaust yourself.
