• Question: is your job boring at times?

      My job is rarely boring but the things that get boring at times would be the paperwork that comes with the role. This does vary a lot but it is a lot of processing information. Sometimes it is nice to have a day doing this though to counteract how quickly days go on site. There are a lot of people who need your attention on the projects so this can be nice to slow down for a day to take it all in. Being bored doesn’t last in my job because the next day could be the complete opposite of boring.

      millsl12 – Yep. From time to time there are boring bits in anyones job, whatever they do.

      My actual JOB is rarely boring. The bureaucratic paperwork-y stuff that goes with it (and any other job) such as filling in time sheets and expenses forms however are pretty boring. You will get this with any job though!

      yes you do get the boring bits like financial paperwork etc but it all has to get done to ensure that the project runs smoothly and you know how much money you have to spend so you just need to deal with it. luckily its only 1-2 days a month so its not too bad.
