  Hi Zara,
  
  I use a computer to design the bones and then I use a 3D printer to print the bones.
  If I am printing bones for a specific person I will use a special medical scanner either CT or MRI which are kind of like fancy x-ray machines to scan the person so I know what their own bones look like.
