      Hi Casey,
Yes a lot of it was confusing to me – however, I have had a lot of help from friends and colleagues so I have learned quite a bit thankfully.

I am always facing new confusing challenges in my job, at first I was worried I didn’t know anything but I have now realised that no one knows everything and I enjoy learning as I go along. A big part of my job involves problem solving which is great as it gives you the opportunity to be creative!

Many things are unknown and confusing at first, but once you know what you are doing, you things clearly

The world is a very confusing place and there are lots of bits of it that nobody knows about – let alone any one person knowing everything. Yes I found things confusing when I first started and I still do now. I am trying to use a piece of software and it keeps failing and I don’t know why but I have people around me who help me – we kind of just all bumble along together trying to work things out. I have learnt so much with engineering – I was in a meeting yesterday and we were discussing how much more we know than we realise because you forget how much you know because everyone around you always seems to know more so you always feel a little bit stupid – but apparently everyone feels that way.

I haven’t worked in industry yet. For sure it would be confusing though and difficult, but all good things are confusing at first.
