• Question: if you could pick your mum or dad to start engineer which would you pick

      To be fair, my mom was trained as an electrician as well when she was younger. I am not sure she enjoyed it very much, but I think she is a problem solver and keeps at it even when it gets difficult, so she could be a good one. My father is a natural, he always had to build his own music equipment, so he is very good at that.

      I would definitively pick my dad. He is not the most skilled technician or engineer but he does have the curiosity needed to became one. Still most of the times he did try to make or fix something it rarely worked very well 😀 but all his tries were legitimate and good attempts. Technological progress eventually overrun him as he is not anymore able to cope well with the complexity of the digital world
