• Question: how long will it take for a bulding to burn

      This is a good question. It will depend on the type of building (fires in office blocks will burn differently than fires in warehouses and to small houses). The materials used to make the building and what is inside will also be important. A warehouse full of highly flammable stuff will burn fast (maybe less than 1 hour). The truth is no one is currently able to predict this – it is a good job that the fire brigade make it to most buildings within a few minutes!
