I think I’d rather say my job is ‘challenging’ 🙂
This is what makes it so exciting – there are always new challenges that need to be addressed and new problems waiting for solution. Often we don’t know the answer so we have to figure it out. The difficulty is what makes it so satisfying when we finally solve the problem or understand how the world works a little bit more!

It can be, but that’s why I like it. If I had an easy job, I would get very bored very quickly 🙂

At times, yes – but if I get stuck on a problem then there’s lots of people I can ask for opinions, or to run my ideas past. Where I work people are more than happy to help out and get involved with lots of things – that’s how we learn!

Some days it can be challenging – but i like challenges. You can train yourself to do almost anything as long as you have an interest in the subject and you are determined 🙂

The job can be hard. But I find that the more I put into the job, the more I get out of it. Be it personal satisfaction or recognition from senior managers.
The important thing for me is that I enjoy the challenge! If it was easy it wouldn’t be as fun!
