I was very lucky to get nominated for a Young achiever award a few years ago… as part of my prize I won two tickets to fly anywhere in the world! 😐
I chose to go to Tokyo – it is the coolest place i have been to! Technology is at the heart of everything they do! I went to Tokyo Disneyland, rode the bullet train, went to Climbed Mount Fuji and saw amazing architectural temples !
It is super cool !!

The coolest place I’ve ever been would be the Drakensburg Mountains in South Africa – that was a great holiday!
With work the coolest place was probably the Rhine Falls in Switzerland, I was on my way to some pump tests – sometimes you have to be a tourist.
Probably Gdansk in Poland, I spent a summer on an international exchange engineering placement in Poland and we visited Gdansk for a few days. It’s a beautiful town, with great scenery and the people are really welcoming. Definitely worth a return visit!
I have travelled to lots of places, I would pick Machu Pichhu as my favourite because it blew my mind! How did they build that amazing city so long ago, on top of a mountain!??
I visited New Zealand for work in February. It was awesome we got to see some of the Lord of the Rings filming locations. The scenery is amazing.
Work also took me to San Francisco where I spent 4 months on an exchange. I love it and I look forward to going back later this year. There is so much cool technology and engineering there – and it has one of my favourite bides in the world – the Golden Gate bridge.
Engineering is a great career if you want to travel there are lots of opportunities!
