I’d never thought of this before to be honest, but a quick googling tells me that electric eels can produce up to 600V of electricity – which is quite a lot (considering our mains are 240V!). Thinking outside the box – that’s what engineers do – so this is a great question about looking at things in different ways and coming up with ideas and potential solutions to problems
