• Question: What is being an engineer in Switzerland like compared to being one in England?

      Hello!
      It’s quite different as an experience for me. Some small and some bigger things…
      I now work about 50% in French and when before I got here I could hardly speak any French.
      When I was working in England we would have tea all the time, here everyone drinks coffee.
      I grew up in London with loads of restaurants and parties all the time. Here I go to the mountains or swimming in the lake on the weekend instead.
