• Question: What really drives you to succeed and strive do to your best?

      @404enec44 – Competition is a good motivator. As an engineer working in research, there is pressure to be the first one to solve a problem or answer a research question. Nobody is interested in who was the second person to discover DNA … for example.

      What drives to succeed is that I like setting myself challenges and then achieving them! I get bored otherwise.

      I always want to do my best because I don’t like letting other people down.

      Curiosity – I can be like a dog with a bone, when I don’t understand something. Or when I have a good idea etc – I want to make it happen – preferably yesterday.
