They actually all fit together and overlap and work because of each other so it’s hard to choose between them. I found it so hard to choose, that I ended up doing all of them for A-level!
I find Biology easy to relate to as it explains things from every day life like the human body and plants! Physics is cool because it explains far away things like space and time. Chemistry ties stuff together, I think Chemistry is the hardest but still very important.
I think it has to be Physics – at least I use Physics all the time. I am fascinated (but know very little) of biology and work with philologists all the time. Biomimicry brings the two together – we often take inspiration from (or mimic) biology/nature in engineering design.
I enjoyed all three at GCSE level. I did Chemistry and Physics at A level (I dropped Biology) – and did best in Physics. There are many engineers working in the Medical industry – designing implants or pace makers or replacement organs – and in that field Chemistry and Biology are just as important as Physics.
