• Question: When you were in secondary school, did you have a clear idea of what engineering involved?

      Not at all, I didn’t even know engineering was a thing until I was about 17, doing my A-levels. It’s a shame, this is why I try to talk to as many students as possible to tell them about engineering.

      Nope! Thats why I want to win this! I genuinely didnt know what Engineering was until my final year at school! Crazy to think that! Now I spent a lot of time getting the message to schools about Engineering, its a great subject thats not really taught in Schools, but I’m glad to see thats changing!

      No I didn’t! But there was no “I’m and Engineer Get Me Out of Here” back then 🙂 I just chose subjects that I liked and ended up an engineer.
