      I like the weird and wonderful cakes! I make an excellent orange and cardamom cake that doesn’t contain any flour – instead it’s based on almonds and polenta. It’s also quite sticky as I make an orange syrup that goes over it. Definitely my favourite. 🙂 I once made a chocolate and beetroot cake, that was pretty good too.
