      Hey Super Starming,

yes, you can transplant DNA — it is known as gene therapy!
Gene therapy is when DNA is introduced into a patient to treat a genetic disease. The new DNA usually contains a functioning gene to correct the effects of a missing or a damaged gene which is causing the disease.

You can read a lot more about it here–> https://ghr.nlm.nih.gov/primer/therapy/genetherapy

      Hope this helps!
