• Question: Do you ever find your work hard tiering or boring

      Hi Archie and Hardie,

      I sometimes find that my work takes a lot of mental energy and I’m quite tired by the end of the day. But that’s not a bad thing, I like it when my work is challenging. Occasionally I have to do a task that is repetitive or I’m not interested in which is when it becomes boring… thankfully that is not very often and I can usually change it up with a more interesting task.

      Hi Archie….

      In Engineering there is lots of problem solving and challenge – if it was easy you wouldn’t have to study for it and it wouldn’t be a challenge….

      As an Engineer I spend lots of time thinking about new ways of doing things and making things better,…. so there isn’t much time to be bored !

      I also have to balance work with the rest of my life.. making sure I spend time with my family and friends and lot working all the time – its important to get the right balance…. otherwise you risk getting worn out !
