• Question: Has it been difficult to make it up to where you are in engineering now?

      Hi Macey….

      Its taken a lot of hard work and some luck….

      When I left school at 16 I didn’t think I’ve have another 13 and half years of studying (over the next 28years of my career)…. I must have lost of will power and dedication … I went to college and University part time, so studying whilst working – which was hard….I had to study whilst my mates when out in the evening or weekends.

      Be positive, think positive and always apply for a job you’d like and let them decide whether you’d be best for it rather than you deciding yourself !!…

      I’ve also been lucky… making the right decisions along the way – push yourself and try your very best at everything you do….
