• Question: How is sustainability integrated into your job as an engineer?

      Great question !!…

      Its very important that we design a new part of the facility or buy equipment we think about how it is made, how much energy it will use, and how it will be disposed of at the end of its usable life…

      We use energy efficient motors, plant and equipment, we are changing all our light to LED lightings across the facility… as an Engineer we are problem solvers… sustainability is another problem to solve !!

      Hi there,
      Sustainability is definitely a consideration that we take very seriously, both as a company and personally. I want to make sure that we minimise waste, whether that be in terms of materials or in the processes we use to manufacture. We also put a lot of effort into making sure the workers in the factories we use are treated fairly.
