      Hey marshmallowfluff (nifty name).

      First off, thanks for voting for me.
      In terms of the types of engineering — it’s actually quite a difficult question to answer. There are tonnes of different types of engineering fields because they are constantly developing and growing.

      Traditionally, there were four major branches: Mechanical, Chemical, Civil and Electrical with sub groups in each one – but now a quick search will leave you with so many it may make your head spin. Check this website out for more details: http://typesofengineeringdegrees.org
