Hi Cajilla.
It’s difficult to say a favourite material! There are lots of positives and negatives to different ones, plus you can attempt to blend different materials to try and get the best of both worlds! A lot of sports clothes are made out of polyester though – take a look at the labels on your clothes to see what it’s made from!
