      I would say its when people don’t communicate. It’s frustrating to hear about an issue third-hand when if it had been communicated to the whole team, it could have been sorted out much faster and everyone would have known what was going on. I think it’s important to let everyone know what’s going on – whether a hardship or something to celebrate!

      People jumping queus is very much a pet peeve of mine.
      Whether it is in a regular standing queue, or in a traffic queue of cars…or at the airport. Really winds me up. It’s just rude!
