      Quite often actually. I use bits of algebra to do quick calculations, and more advanced things but then I usually have my computer solve it for me!

      Yes, I use algebra and many other branches of maths very often in design calcs, data analysis etc. I generally get approximate answers using hand calc, then if I need to, I do the harder stuff on my computer.

      Much more than you’d think! Algebra is really useful so I probably use it at least once a week, along with geometry and other simple maths.

      Yes! All the time! I sometimes use it at home too. Just makes life so much easier.

      I had a lot of theory to learn for my PhD which involved A LOT of algebra but now, not so much.
