• Question: Have you ever been sent abroad due to your job?

      Many times. I travelled to lots of cities in USA testing prototype knee joints. Also I have been to trade shows in Paris and Leipzig (Germany).
      I enjoy travelling and I enjoy showing off the products I have designed, so presenting at trade shows is great fun for me.

      Yes, a few times of been abroad to present work at conferences. It is always fun to see new places.

      I had to do a placement for two months in a lab in Switzerland, it was really interesting to work in a different lab for a while! Also, conferences allow me to travel a bit

      Not yet, but hopefully I’ll be going to the Netherlands next year to present my work!

      I got to spend part of my undergraduate at university in Melbourne, Australia. Also now for my PhD we get to go to conferences that are in other countries. Next year I have one in San Francisco.
