• Question: do you take a break for holidays

      Yeah you bet we do – I take at least a block of two weeks in the summer, and keep the other days of my annual leave for other shorter breaks and emergencies during the rest of the year. We go camping a lot these days, to make sure that I get a break from computers and modern technology! 🙂

      yes I do. And sadly wherever I go I seek out the best new building or structure. Sometimes a stadium or a hotel but I always like to see whats new. I also look out for cranes because these are an indication of the state of the market. I like reading amd messing about by the pool and walking too though……………

      Yes, but it can be pretty difficult to plan stuff because we’re such a small team – if one of us disappears for a bit, it really affects the schedule. Having said that, sometimes the trips away for work can be good fun too, and not just work. We all get on really well, so it’s nice to go away together.

      Yes – we have a two week enforced shutdown of the whole factory in August.
