• Question: What is your goal in the future?

      Id like to be leading the ‘go to’ multidisciplinary engineering company in the world. Known for some special skills in say High Rise, Rail, Healthcare as well as beign a great fun place to work with loads of opportunity. Thats one goal…………….

      Hmm – that’s a good one. I think it probably would be to have the time to do some proper experimenting at home with computers and robotics. But there are million and one things that I want to do, so it is whatever that gets my attention in the future!

      I tend to think up to 3-5 years in the future – Do I want to carry on doing what I do? Do I want to stay where I am or move? Is there anything I think I can start (and eventually finish!) soon?

      I’m not sure how people can look 20 years ahead, that’d take some real dedication!

      My goal is to keep learning, to get better at my job (there’s always something to improve) and to keep enjoying it. Personally, I’d also like to start a family at some point, but before then, visit new places and experience new things!
