• Question: How interesting is your job?

      I find most of it interesting! However as with anything there are some bits which aren’t interesting and some bits which are fascinating. It’s important to choose a job which you will find interesting if at all possible, if you do you will find work more fun and enjoyable and will probably do it better.
      The most interesting thing for me is the number of different things I do, from working on finance to fixing issues where a product has failed a test.

      The mathsy, juicy bits are very interesting. I also enjoy solving problems which is excellent. Also, you need to keep up with deadlines which surprisingly to you makes it even more interesting, because you know that something is dependant on you. You need to solve it and deliver it on time. This is great. Also, there are plenty of things that are boring, like meetings, or reading emails but I stuff myself up with chocolate a lot so it compensates 🙂

      I think i have answered this one somewhere else. Most of the time it is good and very interesting. There are some parts which aaren’t so fun which are just as important such as documenting what you have done and attending progress meetings but on the whole it is mostly good. I like the sense of satisfaction when you get something to work properly!
