• Question: what time do you start work?

      It depends, I work a 37.5 hour week and I have to be in work between 9am and 3pm, it is then up to me if I want to get in early in the morning or go home later in the afternoon. However, normally I get into work for about 7:45am so that I can leave by 4pm.

      I start at 9am till 5pm, but my company is flexible and as soon as I deliver my work on time, then no one will say a word. I can also turn up at any time convenient for me, because I may feel more productive later in the afternoon if I wish.

      Dear 907kvnc34,
      I work 37 hours per week. However, I have to be at work between 10a.m. to 12noon and also 2p.m. to 3p.m. I work at flexible hours, so this means I can work early in the morning at 8a.m. and leave at 4p.m.
