      I would say it is 50/50. some days I get to have days out on site simply explaining how our design is going to fit on a bridge. this makes it more fun!!

      Yes, I do a lot of practical stuff in the workshop making and testing things. I fit prototypes up to bicycles and ride them to and from work to see how they function.
