• Question: How practical is your job and do you get to see a lot of places?

      I get to travel both nationally and internationally to go on site to see how our designs are doing but also to attend meeting and share knowledge.

      Very practical, we try and make working models as early as possible and fit them to our bikes to test.
      I get to see supplier factories. I’ve been to a forging place in Birmingham, a casting place in Poland, a saddle factory in Taiwan, I’ve also seen injection moulding and huge CNC machining places. It’s very interesting, each production method is very different.
