• Question: If you could change anything about your job, what would it be?

      It sounds cheesy but I wouldn’t! I would like to get more apprentices involved so I suppose that’s one thing I would change!

      I would make it easier to communicate designs out to the rest of the company.

      Unfortunately we all end up spending a lot of time trying to explain what is changing, when and how, and there’s often confusion about what is OK to use. It’s really tricky, if you tell people months early they forget by production day, and if you tell them late they don’t have time to get everything ready.

      What is good is that my line manager knows I find this a frustration and so he asks me for suggestions how to make it better. One day we will make the system perfect!
