Question: If you could choose any type of engineering to work in, what would you choose?

  I would choose what I am doing now!
  
  I am best at product design for mechanical products (not so good with electronics) which is a perfect fit for bicycles. I like to work on consumer products (i.e. instead of industrial products) because it is easier to see how your work helps the user. But I don’t like huge amounts of superficial/cosmetic design, I think it’s silly. So, an engineer designing a practical, mechanical consumer product. Sounds like a bicycle alright.
