      I want to design 5 Smart Motorway schemes and get them up and running by 2020 (current projects) and also continue to develop smart technology to be used in city centres for autonomous vehicle usage

      Things are going well for me right now so my goal is to remain consistent and deliver successful projects for the next couple of years, get a good track record going and know the bike inside out, and then to re-assess and see how to take it up a notch.
