As I have got older I have found that it has changed!
In school and college I couldn’t concentrate if there was music on but now i have found if i block out the background noise with relaxing music *search youtube for ‘Relaxing Music’ it helps me to concentrate lots more!!
My fault is I get distracted easily, so each morning I spend ~30 mins deciding which 3 things are most important to get done today. I agree with Andrew, it’s great to have some background music on too.
