• Question: what programme do you use for your building/designs

      The programs that we use are:

      AutoCAD Civils 3D
      Bentley SUE
      Google SketchUp

      I use Solidworks.
      Mostly I do solid modelling, surface modelling, and engineering drawings. Sometimes I use the FEA part of the program, which is Finite Element Analysis. Basically that lets you do a simulation of the stress/loads on a part and see if it will fail or not.
