      I look at my family first then my colleagues.. then the internet:D

      My Dad always has a clever answer for things. I learnt from him to be creative in order to be lazy – he likes to think up really ingenious solutions that need a lot of time invested up front, but then don’t require him to do very much ever again.

      My Mum inspires me to be practical and to be confident. She has pragmatic solutions for things and when she knows what needs to be done, she won’t let people shout her down or make her feel nervous; she keeps calmly explaining until they listen.
