      I would say my brother as when he was in school he was quite mischievous but he managed to flip his life around and started to seek new beginnings. He now runs a successful online business which he started at the age of 19 and goes out into the community to share his experience and give back.

      He really motivates me to work hard and push myself to achieve my goals.

      I would say my Granddad, who was a helicopter engineer for a huge aerospace company. It was good to have a great role model to get an idea of what engineers are like.

      Probably my Dad – he showed me the value of a strong work ethic and what it means to do something you care about!

      For me my biggest inspiration are early women pioneers of engineering like Amy Johnson, who flew aeroplanes. Because we need more women engineers and she encouraged me to follow in her footsteps into the aero-industry even if it was just to build the aero-engines of future.

      My Dad and my Granddad, they are both engineers and showed me that if you work hard, you will get rewarded!
