      Hi Sophia

      It’s…..interesting and challenging.

      I have worked in small family run company’s and now a large University setting.

      There are a lot of internal politics in larger companies which I find a challenge to deal with, management now make a lot of decisions on money only which affects people like myself who perform a service, it’s difficult for them to put a money value on what I bring to the University.
