      My “Boss” allows me to smoke in the office!!!!!!!!!!!!
      One of the big advantages of being self employed is that I do not have to look over my shoulder to see what everyone else is doing, and my reports do not have to conform to a company format.
      I can be very outspoken in my opinion section of my reports, as long as I can back up every sentence with proof!!!!
      The other great advantage is that I sink or swim purely on my own efforts and merits.
